Here, you'll find a list of all User Position. You have a choice to EDIT and Add New User Position options. Click on the appropriate links and button.
- While editing... the original info is listed in the box or next to the box... for your reference.
- Click on 'Add New User Position' button and fill out the information for new User Position entry. Make sure you don't duplicate user position that has been created previously.

Here, you'll find a list of all Local Workforce Investment Board (WIB) Name. You have a choice to EDIT/DELETE and Add New WIB options. Click on the appropriate links and button.

- If you delete any WIB name, you'll be asked one more time if that's what you really want to do. Click on 'YES' to delete or "NO' to go back to WIB landing page.
- Click on 'Add New WIB' button and fill out the information for new WIB entry. Make sure you don't duplicate WIB name that has been created previously.

Here, you'll find a list of all Center Name. You have a choice to EDIT/DELETE and Add New Center options. Click on the appropriate links and button.
- While editing... the original info is listed in the box or next to the box... for your reference.
- If you delete any Center name, you'll be asked one more time if that's what you really want to do. Click on 'YES' to delete or "NO' to go back to Center landing page.
- Click on 'Add New Center' button and fill out the information for new Center entry. Make sure you don't duplicate Center name that has been created previously.

Here, you'll find a list of all Privilege Role. You have a choice to EDIT and Add New Privilege Role. Click on the appropriate links and button.
- While editing... the original info is listed in the box or next to the box... for your reference.
- Click on 'Add New Privilege Role' button and fill out the information and select checkbox links (here all links text are clickable you will click on text then see more menu links under that main and sub-main menu text, so here 3 level menus are present, first and second level handle for layout and third level handle for user) for top menu URL permission for this Role. Make sure you don't duplicate Privilege Role name that has been created previously.

Here, you'll find a list of all User Registration. You have a choice to EDIT and Add New User. Click on the appropriate links and button.

- Click on 'Add New User' button and fill out the information for new User entry (Here WIB and Center depend on "Privilege/Role" field. If you will select "System Admin/Supervising Case Manager/Process/ MIS/Case Manager" then get WIB option and if you will select "Admin" then get Center option). Make sure you don't duplicate User Name that has been created previously.

Here, you'll find a list of all User for give software menu permission. This form is working for user wise menu permission. It's giving extra facilities for admin user because some time need menu permission increase or decrease for same Role user.
- When you will select Role then you will get Role wise user in user box and select user then show all menu links are below but some/all menus have default selected because that menu assigned when Role created. If you want increase or decrease menu links for this user then click menu text (Remember here all links are clickable you will click on menu text then see more links under that main and sub-main text, so here 3 level menus are present, first and second level handle for layout and third level handle for user) and insert.
